For Prelude , FryxGames and Stronghold Games (the publishers) never issued a formal "Prelude 2.0." Instead, starting in late 2020 (and continuing through 2022–2024 print runs), they began quietly patching the card deck. Based on crowd-sourced data from BoardGameGeek and official retailer notes, here are the confirmed corrections:

✔️ SKU ends with B or V2 ✔️ Card #P21 ( Metals Company ) has a titanium icon ✔️ Card backs match base game perfectly under bright light ✔️ Inside box lid shows 2022 or later ✔️ Barcode has a small "REV" sticker

What does it mean? Do you need it? How can you tell if your copy is patched? And most importantly, does it fix the issues that have plagued earlier printings?
