Open your file manager and navigate to: Internal Storage > Android > obb Inside the obb folder, create a new folder named exactly: com.rockstargames.gtavc
Move both the main.9...obb and patch.9...obb files into the newly created com.rockstargames.gtavc folder.
The file names must be exact. If they have (1) or -copy in the name, the game will not see them. Rename them if necessary.
