Disable Windows Defender Real-time protection temporarily (crack files are often flagged as "HackTool" which is a false positive).
After installation, go to Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\ and manually edit the config.cfg file. Set uset g_console "1" and uset g_developer "1" to enable the console for mods.
Download all .bin files and the .exe installer. Verify the hash hashes (FitGirl includes MD5 checkers) to ensure you aren't downloading malware from a fake site.
